Memory Machines are 3 feet wide by 3 feet deep by 6 feet tall, turning even small unused spaces into customer engagement hotspots.
The build is a steel frame, with dark walnut-stained wood surfaces, and a red velvet curtain that can be swapped to better match your venue’s aesthetic.
They require one ordinary power outlet, and are highly energy efficient. Standby cost for a whole year for a machine is around $35.

The cost of construction, delivery, maintenance, paper refill, insurance, and everything else falls on us — no hassle to you, only payment.

We take care of all the maintenance, physical and remote. Physical maintenance, like refilling paper or repairing any damage, is almost always done same-day or next-day. Remote maintenance, like software updates, are done nearly instantly via the internet. Our machines are fully insured, with up to $1m in commercial liability insurance. Your business is added as an additional insured.

That’s all! We take care of the rest.
Can I offer the machine as part of an event rental at my venue?
Yes! We can do that. We’ll give you a QR code that guests can hold up to the screen for a free use of the Memory Machine. Later, we will simply ask for payment equal to 80% of the value of the number of uses (so, not counting the 20% of gross that goes to you). You can pass this cost along to the venue renter however you’d like. This way, guests get to use the machine for free and everyone is paid out fairly.
What if the machine has any issues?
We’re on it. It’s our responsibility to fix the machine, and in our interest to do it as fast as possible.
What if a customer needs a refund?
We have a QR code on the screen where they simply put in the last four digits of the card they used — we use that info to refund their use, usually same-day. If for any reason, your staff ever refunds someone directly, just make a note of it and we’ll add it to the quarterly check to you.
What if I need the machine gone?
We are able to take out a machine with a 30-day notice, and often much faster than that. We honor all payments due to you through the last day the machine is active in your business.
